At United Cerebral Palsy of Stanislaus, all of our members live with disability. Most of our members cannot speak or communicate normally, beside the help of modern technology. Through items such as the IPad and computer, our members who otherwise would not be able to communicate are able to communicate as freely as they like. Currently we are trying to fundraise for a technology/ computer room in our community at United Cerebral Palsy of Stanislaus for our members with disability. It is amazing to see the joy on our members when they are able to do the things they once thought they could never do. Right now, members don't have enough technology to go around and usually have to wait for their turn. Because of this, we do not have the opportunity to have a class dedicated to modern technology. With your help, we will be able to raise funds for our Day Program members.
