The Harbour, Inc. is a community-based agency providing essential services to runaway, locked-out, and homeless youth primarily in the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago. Through our programs providing emergency shelter, transitional living services, case management, and specialized support for pregnant/parenting youth, we deflect youth from the substantial risks of homelessness and help them to develop into responsible contributors to their community.
