The Chicago International Social Change Festival (CISCFF) was created to be a new vehicle for social change.

CISCFF represents an innovative and unique forum for communities, community organizations, filmmakers and artists of all skill levels to create films that expose issues plaguing communities worldwide. 

The art and films featured at the festival will provide the inspiration for direct action. The community organizations and organizers that partner with the festival will provide a means for those in attendance to act on that inspiration.

Ultimately, CISCFF will Create and cultivate a network for artists, the business community, community members and activists to work together for social change.
