Association of Horizon, Inc. holds a week-long summer camp for adults with physical disabilities.  The organization was formed in 1991 in response to a cut in funding that kept adults with disabilities from attending the Muscular Dystrophy Association summer camp.  Several volunteers and campers decided to get together and continue this annual tradition.  By working together there was nothing going to stop the tradition, and they raised money however they could.  After several months of dedication and hard work Horizon's first summer camp was held in June of 1992.

Since 1992, Horizon has successfully produced a yearly week-long summer camp program for adults with a wide range of physical disabilities including Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Sclerosis.  Currently the week-long camp is held for 100 adults with physical disabilities. There is in addition 150 volunteers for the week.
