America Needs You (ANY) fights for economic mobility for ambitious, first-generation college students. We do this by providing transformative mentorship and intensive career development.

The ANY Fellows Program pairs instruction with practical application to teach first-generation college students the soft and hard skills necessary to compete in today’s workplace. Through a series of 28 professional development workshops paired with mentoring and individualized case-management support, the ANY Fellows Program ensures students maintain college enrollment, earn four-year degrees, and secure full-time employment within six months of graduation. 

At a time when only 11% of low-income, first-generation college students graduate from college, 96% of ANY Fellows earn four-year degrees and 90% of graduates have secured full-time employment.
