Adult & Child Therapy Services (ACTS) provides physical, occupational and speech therapy. They have been providing services to the residents of McHenry County since 1949.

Beyond basic therapy services, ACTS also provide an extensive Birth to Three Intervention Program that includes free developmental screenings.  The purpose of the program is to catch delays in very young children so they can successfully overcome them early on. ACTS also cares for the senior population in a number of ways including no-cost fall risk screenings for those that are having trouble with their balance. 

Many of our patients are uninsured or underinsured. Last year, we provided over 4,000 patient visits and forgave over $425,000 in patient fees.
